I can’t log in — what should I try first?
  1. Update the app to the latest version.
  2. Use Login with Google, Facebook, or Email (whichever you signed up with).
  3. Wait 60s before requesting a new OTP. Check spam for email codes.
  4. Turn off VPN and ensure your clock/timezone are automatic.
  5. Still stuck? Email support from the device with your registered details.
I was charged but didn’t get Premium/Select.
Plan activation can take a few minutes. Restart the app and check Get Premium/Select. If benefits don’t appear, share your order ID and purchase email with support. Eligible cases are refunded.
How does Boost work?
Boost increases your profile’s visibility for the selected duration (30 or 60 minutes). You’ll see a countdown and progress. For best results, refresh photos, add a strong first line, and stay online during Boost.
Can I change my name or age?
Name and age can’t be edited once registered. If you believe there was a sign‑up mistake, please contact support for a review.
Why did a match or message disappear?
Matches can disappear if the other person deletes their account, unmatches, or is removed for safety reasons. If the app shows an error consistently, reinstall and try again.
How do I download my data or delete my account?
You can only edit or delete your data. Downloading your data isn’t available. To edit, go to Profile → Edit Profile and update your information. To delete your account, go to Settings → Other Settings. Deletion permanently removes your messages, photos, and profile info.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the profile or chat, tap •••, then choose Report or Block. Reports are reviewed by our Safety team. For immediate threats, contact local authorities first.
How do I verify my profile?
Verification is subject to availability. Subscribed users automatically receive a subscription verification badge. There is no regular verification flow at this time.
